Taos Pueblo Artists

Although the Taos Pueblo is closed right now for its annual break for private festivities, that doesn't mean you have to miss out on some of the great Artists that live there. If you head down to the Yucca Plaza, just across from the Kit Carson Park, you'll find them displaying their authentic works of art. Its only about a 15 minute walk from the Hacienda Del Sol B&B so you've got no excuse not to visit! Check out our website, or call us 575-758-0287 for the latest room availability.

Ski and Golf in Taos

Its reached that time of the year where we can do two of my favorite pastimes, Ski and play Golf! Being from England, thats not something you get to do all that often! Having just had 14" of snow this week and with the weather getting warmer by the day, conditions are perfect to get out and enjoy the best of both worlds. Make the most of it soon though, the ski valley closes on the 8th April! Visit our website or call 575-758-0287 for up to date availability.

Fresh snow!

Well well, how the weather changes! Only a few days ago our adventurous managers were hiking Kachina Peak in 70 degree weather, no ski jackets, and hard packed snow. Today we wake up to 11" of fresh snow in Taos Ski Valley and a beautiful winter wonderland in our courtyards! What a difference a day makes!

Spring Skiing

It's 70 Degrees and we are Skiing! Taos is having a heat wave, we could even leave the jackets behind for our first Kachina Peak hike today. We are filling up on Mark's delicious New Mexican cheese omelets and French toast at Breakfast before embarking on the hike.
